Life in time hungry world

I recently saw an advertisement: a time management booklet. Shorter deadlines, competing priorities, endless meetings, interruptions and higher quality expectations, only today's challenges, but the number of hours of the day remains the same

As entrepreneurs, we all struggle sometimes to effectively manage our time. I once heard an entrepreneur say, the people he knows, his entrepreneur friends are the worst people to manage their own time and priorities. We often misleading concept, is busy, is a victim of progress.

There are many areas involved in the effective time management:

Thou art the attitude of

Ø goal setting

O set priorities

O Planning

O scheduler

○ analyze your progress

o and interrupt handling

Ø Conference

Ø instruments

Ø Delegation of tasks

Ø tame delay

Ø time team spirit

Key principles

Here are some important principles, I found that helped me to more effectively manage their own time:

A. Good habits is a good time management is the key.

The essence of good time management is to create good habits. To develop a good habit is to focus on results. Set goals and strive to achieve these goals, we must become a habit. Before your next meeting, feel like my goal is to do this or this meeting? I want to see my time to any concrete results? You must learn the value of your time. There are one million things, advertisements, books, media events, people compete for it. You must distinguish between what is important, what or who is not. At first it sounds a bit harsh, but to develop their own habits, and focus on results will help you focus on yourself and your time.

Two. Good habits start with setting goals.

There are several points set goals, keep in mind.

First, write down your goals. Studies have shown that you more easily achieve their goals if they are committed to paper. As someone once said, "a short pencil is better than the long-term memory.

The second point is to break your goals into three categories: short, medium and long-term. I argue that you should have a single individual, professional and life goal list. The list of personal goals will cover areas such as: personal relations, use of leisure time, personal growth activities, reading in a specific topic, to continue the focus of education classes or seminars to your list of career goals should be clearly established your business, increase revenue, cut costs, strategic planning, marketing, staff management, building partnerships and beneficial business relationship. Your goal in life will cover a wider range of life, you have to remember the pictures you want to accomplish.

3. The pursuit of the goal is to reach the key to success.

Set a good target, and requires some planning and to focus on. Too many entrepreneurs have good intentions for their business, but the lack of sufficiently specific goal is to help them succeed. Most entrepreneurs fail to meet their goals, do so because they failed to make specific, or SMART goals.

S.M.A.R.T. goal is:

Concrete. Your goal should be as detailed as possible. For example, "I will call upon me at noon this Wednesday, the final network events encountered new potential customers." I will leave at least three weeks, this next year. "

Measure. Good goal for you to quantify your efforts. "I will increase the top of the online sales, repeat 2% of customers this quarter to determine their current needs and development services to meet their demand before the others, we will survey each of them A personalized phone call to clarify their answer. "

Can be achieved. This is a good set high goals, but not impossibly high. "I will meet three new venture capitalists this month to build relationships with them, to seek funding in the next six months from their purpose." "This next month I will re-write of three main parts of my website. to better reflect who is my new target customers and help them find a solution, they are looking for on my site more quickly. "

Results-oriented. For your goals are smart, they must focus on what you want, not what you do not want to. For example, "I do not want to fail in my business," focused on you do not want. An example of a SMART goal is, "I will be passive income increased by 15% this year to write" how the 10 steps to the small business long-term financial planning "Manual", and sold on the site for $ 89.99.

Time limit. Your goals on a specific time limit, and someone to hold you responsible to achieve this goal. "I will my marketing strategy within the next six weeks to complete the study, and then spent two hours a day, three weeks, until I finish my custom marketing plan."

Question to ask

Each of us within a week, 168 hours. How we spend our time and give priority to our lives, to say a lot about how successful personal and professional. There are many things for our era of competition in: Financial, plans for the future, family, entertainment, friends, the goal now, according to the project and love the limelight. I heard that someone once said, if you do not control your time, someone else will.

When talking about how to successfully manage their own time, here are a few questions to ask yourself:

o Do I want to accomplish specific things each day?

o What% of the time, I meet my daily target?

o What specific things I do to successfully manage their own time?

o What is What are the priorities in my life?

O my schedule to reflect these priorities?

o how to successfully manage your time effectively do you think?
